By using TapMango you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service

TapMango provides tools to generate, edit, preview, and publish digital storefronts. Features and limits depend on your plan tier and billing status.

Merchant content ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload or approve for publication (text, images, menus, trademarks). You grant TapMango a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. AI-generated drafts are starting points — you are responsible for reviewing accuracy, rights, and compliance before going live.

Acceptable use

You may not use TapMango for unlawful content, malware, scraping abuse, or attempts to bypass rate limits or tenant isolation. We may suspend workspaces that pose security or legal risk.

Billing

Workspace entitlements follow your TapMango company plan (monthly/setup billed by TapMango). This product does not charge merchants for Online Ordering — Order/Rewards CTAs hand off to TapMango OO URLs. See Privacy Policy for PCI scope notes.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months except where prohibited by law.
